...SINGING boosts the immune system, reduces stress and anxiety, improves mood, lowers blood pressure, improves brain function, increases lung capacity, reduces perceived pain, helps with sleep, improves mental alertness, promotes communal bonding, motivates, and empowers people...?

There's a wealth of research that proves the benefits of singing... so it is time for us to meet up online and sing.

What song are we going to sing?

It is going to be one of Bobby McFerrin’s songs from his album called ‘Circlesongs’.

We will go through:

  • warm-ups

  • learning all 4parts of the song

  • learning body and vocal percussion

  • cool-downs

🥳 we will learn every part together so you will leave knowing all four harmony parts with vocal and body percussion

ALL levels of experience are WELCOME

When?    

on Sunday, 10th May

Time?     

10.30am - 11.30am

Zoom = Online

you will only need your headphones and your desire to sing

Unfortunately, there is not a programme that would allow us to sing simultaneously

therefore no one will be able to hear you (unless you really want to:)
